Keith Screene,  Director of KJS Accountancy Ltd

After completing a maths degree at Bristol University I qualified as a chartered management accountant in 1992 and worked in industry and finance for c. 20 years, in settings ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

Over 10 years ago I decided to make the leap to start working for myself as a sole practitioner, a decision I have never regretted. I like my clients and I like my boss!  I work mostly with SME’s, sole traders and individuals locally in North London, with one or two larger clients further afield, providing accounting, tax and advisory services.

Though I sometimes collaborate with associates, and outsource tasks such as book keeping, my clients are essentially receiving a personal service from me.

I speak to clients in a relatable down to earth manner, explaining everything very clearly as we proceed, and tailor my services to their agreed precise needs. All costs are fixed and agreed in advance, and with my low overheads I can afford to keep fees competitive while providing a quality no fuss professional service. Email and telephone support is also included at no extra cost.
